And here I thought cats were not meant to be affectionate =P

Recently I’ve kinda developed a bit of a soft spot for lizards. They still give me the creeps but it’s very hard to explain. Let’s just say that lizards are meant to bring good luck; and lately I have a family of 4 lizards hanging out my bedroom window.

Anyway, this has got to the prettiest lizard I have ever seen. I came across it on my island tour of Bermuda and managed to capture a few shots of it before it ran for cover !

What do you think of this lizard ? Pretty right ? If only they weren’t so creepy – I would have tried to hold this one for a close up picture !

A friend of mine managed to capture this one in the suburbs of Bombay.

Check out the front of the auto rickshaw – it says ‘Love is a sweet poison’ – which funnily enough goes quite well with the ‘do not kiss’ sign behind the driver.

Saw this on a friends’ FB wall yesterday and had to share it.  This unusual scene was caught on camera by a friend in Dubai over the weekend.  It was UAE National Day and looks like our friend Mr Camel got to chill out in the back seat before heading back out to the desert.

68 taking a back seat

Reminds me of the ‘Camel Ride’ picture I managed to take in Jordan last year.

Camels are cute. What do you think ?

goat in car

A friend of mine took this photo and shared it on FaceBook and I had to share it with you all this #WordlessWednesday !

Anyone else seen a sight like this ?

accident porn area

Yup you read that right ! It had me laughing but also makes me wonder how is it possible that one doesn’t do a spell check before printing or painting a sign ?

As some of you may know, I recently went to Bermuda and OMG it is by far one of the most beautiful islands I have ever been on.

Here are some of the gorgeous sights that I got to feast my eyes on every day …

This looks so beautiful.  I would love to sit out in the middle where all the rocks are gathered together and just enjoy the breeze against my skin.

I’m here in NYC – the city of dreams and an empire state of mind.  Some of my captures today.

sunset wave

I would love to be here right now.  I envy the photographer that managed to capture this image.  (and if it’s photo shopped, then don’t tell me – let me enjoy this moment)

Two weekends from now – I’ll be in Bermuda and maybe I might get a pic like this myself.

natures tunne

Found this over on TheGirlThing.com and had to share this with you all.  I would love to go through a tunnel like this – whether it be by train or car or even walking.

There’s something about being surrounded and totally encompassed by nature that appeals to me.  It sort of takes me to another place – away from the every day things that tend to clutter ones mind.  There’s a serenity in nature that just takes my breath away.

sunkissed hammock

I wish I was on that hammock right now.  I just want to be near the water, somewhere surrounded by nature watching a beautiful sunset.  (With someone special would be an added bonus)

colour wood

I smiled when I saw this and knew I just had to share with you all.  Doesn’t this remind you of a box of scattered colour pencils ? I haven’t used colour pencils in the longest time and wouldn’t mind grabbing a few and see what comes of it !

What’s your first thought when you see this picture ? What memory does it evoke ?

take what you need

We all need a little something every now and then … found this and had to share it with you all … just take what you need =)

Funnily enough, today March 14th also happens to be Steaks & Blowjob Day (a sort of Valentines Day for men minus the flowers and mushiness) – so gents, feel free to ask for a steak, a blowjob or both and see what your lady has to say about that !

abstract eyes

Just ‘cos I haven’t been around the past few weeks doesn’t mean that I’m not keeping my eyes on you !!

I love the unusual symmetry of this photograph – it’s just perfect ! Need to try and get a real picture done like this.

WW #56 : Spider Trees

webby tree

An unexpected side effect of the 2010 flooding in parts of Sindh, Pakistan, was that millions of spiders climbed up into the trees to escape the rising flood waters; because of the scale of the flooding and the fact that the water took so long to recede, many trees became cocooned in spider webs. People in the area had never seen this phenomenon before ... photo courtesy National Geographic
