Merry Christmas to all out in Blogosphere !
Every year (despite us getting older), my group of mates are always getting into the Xmas spirit ! I’ve spent the entire weekend with friends and family and we’ve had such a great time ! Friday night started the Xmas festivities with carol singing (yup this time it wasn’t just Xmas Karaoke) followed by a pot luck dinner, lots of drinks and a whole lot more dancing !
Yesterday, spent the day at home nursing my aching feet and a family dinner at Royal China with my relatives who are down from London; and then a house party at another mates place. OMG we laughed so much all night – my abs got a fab work out ! (does this mean I can indulge in AM’s apple pie ?) Both nights, I’ve managed to get home just before sunrise! After all tis the season to be jolly ! (insert jingles now)
I’m missing the hot mince pies with mulled wine .. but hopefully will manage to get some of that tonight at another Xmas dinner that I’m off to !
If you’ve been a goodie two shoes all year – then I’m sure Santa has lots of pressies for you; but I’m sure the folks on the Naughty (but nice) List have other pressies in mind !
What are your Christmas Day plans ? Do you follow any family-set traditions that you could share ? Do you tend to open your presents at midnight or in the morning after Santa has munched on the cookies you left behind ?

If only I could be in a cold country right now .. I love the snow ! I’d make snowmen too :) At least I can dream about it … Happy Holidays Folks !

Pressies are in order if you’ve been on Santa’s Nice List .. and if you are on the Naughty List, you know what kind of presents are due.
I brought in my Crimbo with some good friends at a party last night =) I’m heading off for lunch to a mate’s place today, followed by a quick stop to meet my aunty & cousins from London to wish them, and then a formal sit-down dinner on a terrace at my other friends’ house.

Wednesday night saw the first of a few Xmas parties and it was really quite nice to be out with friends and taking in the very pretty Christmas tree that my mate AA had arranged at her gorgeous city view apartment.
The party was in full spirit with a gingerbread house cake, along with giveaway Xmas cookies shaped like trees and stars and not to mention enough alcohol and snacks to cater to an army !
There was a Christmas tree as well – and it was one of the first ones I had seen this week considering all I’ve done the past week or so is just work – work and more work !
It just felt nice to be at a chilled out party … got to see some of my friends and actually have a conversation with them as opposed to raising my voice to be heard over the speakers at a club ! Also managed to meet a few new people which was great … although I’m sure one of the guys would have preferred to have left the party much earlier considering just how much a few of us were teasing him.
