Today’s #SexySaturday is dedicated to my mango-loving, cockroach hating, always studying Twitter friend TheOreoQueen !

Until the other day, if you asked me who Gyllenhaal was – I wouldn’t have had a clue.  But if you told me remember that cutie from Donnie Darko or Brokeback Mountain or the marine from Jarhead – I’d recall him much better.  Honestly I’m so crap when it comes to knowing names of actors / musicians unless I’m a huge fan (which considering I barely watch movies is never the case).  But I’m digressing … I should know his name – ‘cos he’s so unconventionally sexy in his own way !

Gyllenhaal was named one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People" in 2006 and also listed in People's "Hottest Bachelors of 2006”.  He was also ranked at No.1 in 2007 & 2008 in AfterElton.com Hot 100 List and at No.2 on the Gay Wired Magazine poll of male actors who have played gay characters in movies

Not only is this 31 year old quite a hottie, but he’s an environmentally conscious hottie who recycles regularly and spends $400 a year to have trees planted in a Mozambique forest, partly to promote the Future Forests program !  How nice is that !!

I started the Sexy Saturday meme quite a few months ago to add some spice to my very sporadic reflections.  A few months ago I put together a Top 10 Sexy Studs list and now it’s time to showcase a whole new series of eye-candy !

Who doesn’t know Cristiano Ronaldo ? This divine Portuguese football star plays as a striker for Real Madrid and is also the captain of the Portuguese national team.

At the age of 27, he is considered to be one of the highest paid football players in the world with a buyout clause valued at €1 billion ! That’s just an insane amount of money don’t you think ?

I’m not the biggest footie fan but when hunks like David Beckham and Ronaldo are there as eye candy – why not watch the game right ?  Oh and my 8 year old nephew is a die-hard Ronaldo fan (and a footie nut!) so much so that he changes his hair style along with Ronaldo !

Oooh it’s the first #SexySaturday of 2012 and Patrick Dempsey has made my list of drool worthy eye candy ! (and what a way to start of Day7 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge)

He’s best known for his role as neurosurgeon Dr Derek Shepherd aka McDreamy in Greys Anatomy (and if I ever had to watch this show it would be only for him).

I first noticed him in the TV show ‘Will & Grace’ – he was Wills’ boyfriend and then again in the movie ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ alongside Reese Witherspoon.  Most recently he was in Transformers 3 (I’d love to own a car collection like that!)

Dempsey isn’t just another pretty face (how I’d love to run my fingers through hair like that) – he’s also a semi pro auto car racer ! Talk about being a hot bad boy !

But what really appeals to me is the fact that he set up a centre for cancer as his mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  He then went on to set up a 50 mile annual challenge for bikers, walkers, & cyclists to raise money for the  cancer centre.

Now that’s smart & sexy ! He gets my #SexySaturday vote – what about yours ?

This fine specimen of a man is a British born actor, who gained recognition across the world and media spaces, after his role as the elf-prince in The Lord of the Rings (he was the only reason I sat through that movie!)

Since then he has carved a name for himself with roles in prominent movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Black Hawk Down, Troy, Elizabethtown and Kingdom of Heaven.

Not only is he a hottie, he’s a genuinely nice guy … The dog he has now, is a stray that he rescued out in Morocco whilst filming Kingdom of Dreams.  He is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and also a part of an environmental group since the early 2000.

Bloom definitely has my #SexySaturday vote – what about yours ?

I suppose I noticed him the first time round as the hot marine / army guy from Transformers; although the more I dug around, I realized it was probably in Christina Aguileras’ ‘Genie in a Bottle’ video that I first saw him.

Josh is a former fashion model, and is married to Fergie from Black Eyed Peas (lucky her !)

He’s got my Sexy Saturday vote – what about yours ?

Some might say he is a pretty boy but damn he is just a whole load of hotness.   No wonder DNA Models named him one of their Top 10 Male Models in 2006.

You may recognize him as Hamilton on Young Americans, or his more recent portrayal of Boone on Lost.  But I discovered him on the tv show Vampire Diaries where he plays the sexy yet devilish Damon Salvatore (the name just oozes sex appeal!)

When this hunk isn’t breaking hearts on the big screen, he supports the St Tammany Humane Society, an organization for animal shelter and welfare.   He is also one of many supporters of the It Gets Better Project, a project that has made it a goal to prevent suicide among LGBT youth.

He is also in the process of setting up The Ian Somerhalder Foundation, which he hopes will educate people on the importance of protecting the environment and animals.

I’ve recently started watching the TV show ‘Vampire Diaries’ and cannot get enough of the male lead - Paul Wesley better known to most as Stefan Salvatore !! (I think I have a TV crush !)

Wesley is of Polish origin and speaks the language as well.  He won the awards in the ‘Breakout Star Male’ and ‘Actor Fantasy Sci-Fi’ category for the 2010 Teen Choice Awards.

Wesley has not been seen much on the big screen but has maintained roles in various TV shows.  He also has the lead role for the ABC series ‘Fallen’ (which maybe I should watch)

The man is 29 years old with a body to die for !! I actually think my heart skips a beat watching this broody vampire on the flat screen !

The first time I saw Anthony Gallo’s pics – my jaw dropped to the floor and I thought – OMG. I. Want. NOW !!! He is half African American & half Italian, 6ft tall and about 170 pounds of pure utter sex appeal (and muscle too)
